London Mortgage Advice Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for residential mortgages and non investment insurance business. We do not charge a fee for either advice or processing your mortgage. However if you wish to have independent advice we are obliged under FSA regulations to charge a fee. This would typically be anywhere between .3% and 1% of the mortgage amount. Based on a loan of £100,000 this would result in a fee of between £300 and £1000.
