About London Mortgage Advice

Authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide advice on mortgages and insurances to protect you and your property, London Mortgage Advice has been providing advice for almost 10 years and is committed to finding you the lowest cost mortgage that is right for you.

We search the market place to find you the most competitive deal, one that meets your needs and circumstances. Because we are independent of any lending organisation we are able therefore to give you an impartial service.

Advice and processing is free. However, if you wish to have advice that is officially independent we are obliged under Financial Service Authority regulations to charge you a fee. This would typically be anywhere between 0.3% and 1% of the mortgage amount. Based on a loan of £100,000 this would result in a fee of between £300 and £1000.
